    Cascade Mountain from the main drag (Banff Avenue) which is lined with hotels and then up-market boutiques.   First heard the train last night. The novelty of altitude sickness. First walk down Antelope Street to Banff Avenue. What is this mountain? Later I find its Cascade Mountain. Am adopted by Tina the hostel
