The idea behind coming here was to make a sound art walk about geology — getting rocks to speak — that would be about 30 minutes long and would start at the Banff Centre. Whilst doing timings for the possible walk I recorded and photographed these Chinese tourists all in orange. Would be interesting to splice other tourist groups into same sound with black screen between images (just flashing up when photo is heard). Weird thing about stopping to photograph a hotel no matter how pretty. Such a density of photo taking dispersed out into a thousand (computer) albums planet-wide.
Also final cut pro workshop with CEE. A few hints and media manager which I had not used before.
